Cheers! unChain St Kilda's wine release

To help raise funds for our legal case, two excellent South Australian (2006) wines have been specially selected by Vue de monde's sommelier Raúl Moreno, a St Kilda resident.

About Raúl Moreno
Raúl Moreno was born in Spain. After working with Marco Pierre White at Mirabelle in London, he arrived in Melbourne five years ago, and now sources and selects wines for Shannon Bennett's famed Vue de monde restaurant. He has a passion for flavour and vinous experience.

About the wine
This is what Raúl says about the wines he has selected for unChain St Kilda:

"The South Australian (2006) Shiraz is a red wine made to be drunk young, taking advantage of its fleshy fruit. Whilst powerful and full in body, this South Australian blend Shiraz is soft and smooth, making it suitable to accompany a diverse range of food."

"The South Australian (2006) Semillon Chardonnay is a fresh white wine with a bright acid profile and citrus fruit. The oily and textured palate ensures that it is food friendly as well. This wine shows not only true varietal expression but also regional integrity, and is terrific value."

How to order
With labels featuring the Palais Theatre, unChain St Kilda wine can be ordered in cases of 12 ($150).
